Measurement

I think what I am finding in this venture I call a career is that most businesses measure things just for the sake of measurement. They can spew forth volumes of information but personally I am not sure most of them know what they really mean. You shoould only measure what is important to you. Information that is relivant to making your business move forward.

WHat do you need to measure? Is it leads? is it qualified leads. Is it the channels those leads took to find you? Or is it lead conversion?
